What issues do you help with?
I work with teens, young men, and individuals navigating anxiety, identity, transitions, and the pressures of high expectations. Some common areas include social anxiety, academic or career stress, ministry burnout, teen and young adult children of ministry families and general overwhelm.
What age clients do you see?
I specialize in working with pre-teens/ teenagers (ages 10+), college students, and young adults in their 20s and early 30s.
Where are you located?
My office is located at 2200 21st Ave S. in Nashville, Tennessee, near Belmont and Vanderbilt Universities. I also offer a select amount of telehealth sessions to clients across Tennessee. Find us in Nashville
How much does therapy cost?
Sessions are $129 for a 50-minute individual session. I’m a private pay provider and do not accept insurance at this time. Superbills can be provided for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
What days do you see clients?
I currently see clients Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday with daytime and early evening sessions available.

What happens in the first session?
The first session is focused on getting to know you. We’ll talk about what brings you in, your goals, and how we might work together. It’s a judgment-free space to begin your process at your own pace.
Do you offer virtual counseling?
Yes! I offer secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth sessions for clients on a case by case basis across the state of Tennessee.
